7-You do not sleep enough
It is very important to get enough sleep when you are trying to lose weight. You need your energies 100% to exercise and sleep little will affect your results and the ability of your body to regulate appetite.
It is a reality that when you sleep little you eat more to compensate for that lack of energy. In addition, sleep well repairs your muscle fibers that will be of great help to keep your metabolism in full condition.
To get the right refreshment for your muscles and body needed for the next day work or exercise, you need enough sleep. There is a general belief that sleeping means you’re going add weight. While that maybe be true, it only reflects when you sleep all day with no amount of physical activity.
An ideal sleep should take 8-10 hours and the rest of the day can be effectively utilized. Sleep on its own burn enough calories in the body than watching television or sitting at a desk all day. The only time proteins repair our tissue is when we sleep enough to allow them to carry out those functions.
